How Too Many Boys Skew China’s Economy
China’s skewed sex ratio and housing prices: The Wall Street Journal writes that the country’s worsening gender imbalance — in 2020, there were about 111 men for every 100 women — is making it harder for the government to tackle rising housing prices.
