Public restrooms for dogs!
Earlier this month, these cage-like public restrooms for dogs were opened in Taiyuan, Shanxi Province.
Each one is 9 square feet and has a base covered with sand. The reason for these restrooms is to give dogs a designated area and create a clean city environment free of dog poop.
However, some citizens say that dogs are reluctant to use these restrooms because they look like cages.
This isn’t the first time that dogs have been given designated public restrooms. Last December, one opened in a community in Nantong, Jiangxi Province.
