Happy Chinese New Year 2018!

Today is lunar New Year’s Eve 除夕(chú xī), the most traditional and important holiday on the Chinese calendar, a day of celebration and reflection. It also marks a new beginning, and with that, a renewed chance for fortune and happiness.

We went out to Lai Tai Flower Market in Beijing to ask some people about their thoughts on this holiday, and their hopes for the year ahead.
