Five-year-old boy rescued after nearly falling off 19th-floor balcony
A five-year-old boy clung to the railings of a 19th-floor balcony in Dazhou, Sichuan Province, on July 13, for nearly half an hour before being rescued. He fell from the floor above when he was home alone.
