Inside a Tibetan tent

Tibetan nomadic tents are important housing for nomads living at Heitushan Pass in Qinghai Province. This white canvas tent issued by the government is bright and light, easy to transport, though maybe not as warm as a traditional tent made from yak wool. Inside, a woman feeds the fire with dried yak dung.
