Our word of the day is NEEQ or New Third Board (新三板 xīn sān bǎn), and also Beijing Stock Exchange (北京证券交易所 běijīng zhèngquàn jiāoyì suǒ), both of which Xí Jìnpíng 习近平 mentioned in a brief televised speech today.
