Hackers attempt to extort millions from NIO: Yesterday, electric vehicle (EV) brand NIO ่”šๆฅๆฑฝ่ฝฆ reported that it had received an email on December 11 from someone claiming to hold data stolen from the company, and demanded $2.25 million in Bitcoin not to release the data. After a preliminary investigation, NIO identified the stolen material as client information and vehicle sales data from before August 2021.
