The Taliban, the Chinese Communist Party, and many American politicians agree on perhaps only one thing: TikTok should not be available in the countries that they govern.
Last week Friday, Montana lawmakers approved a bill to ban the short video app from the state, adding to the long list of local and national governments around the world that have implemented restrictions.
