The China Agenda for August 28–September 3 — Raimondo, Cleverly, and Oh to Beijing
This is what’s on the diplomatic, political, and business agenda for the week of August 21–27.

British Foreign Secretary James Cleverly will overlap with Raimondo, arriving in Beijing on August 29, according to media reports.
- His trip has been rescheduled, as he was originally intended to meet with the now-disappeared Qín Gāng 秦刚.
