Who could forget those magical times in 2015 when we sang folk ditties about China’s 13th Five Year Plan as we travelled about Youtube on a VW bus?

A little over five years later, we have this groovy hip hop video from China’s propaganda authorities about the 14th Five Year Plan (although this video is in Chinese only).
